Lapokonstantakis Michalis

Michalis Lapokonstantakis is the Digital Lead Pfizer Hellas, responsible for Greece, Cyprus and Malta since 2011.

He is accountable for driving the Digital strategy into the business and shaping thinking on how technology solutions support business client goals.

Within this frame, he has introduced the Digital Champions Group, a voluntarily initiative to accelerate digital transformation within the countries.

He has successfully led all transformation projects in above markets including ERP implementations, SAP, E1, BI, EFPIA, GDPR, Pforce-RX (CLM, RTE, VCC), e-Permission, HCP portal, etc.

Under his guidance the Digital department became the trusted partner of business and a single point of contact for all related activities.

He has rich experience in managing and leading complex projects, people management and change management. He took the leadership of SAP implementation in Greece as Country Coordination Lead reporting to Country Management.

He holds a Bachelor of Science from Southeastern Oklahoma State University and a Master of Science & Technology from the same University.  Areas of expertise also include: project ＆ program management, ERP implementation, BI, Business Process Management, Information Systems Audit, Control ＆ Security. He is married and has two childeren.
